What is different about Europe

Europe is where a store either handles VAT properly or does not trade for long: rates differ by country, the OSS scheme changes how cross-border sales are declared, and the invoice itself has requirements. Local payment habits matter more here than anywhere — a checkout without the methods a given country prefers converts noticeably worse. GDPR applies to the store, not just the marketing.

We build stores on Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom platform you own outright, chosen for how your business actually works rather than for what we prefer to build.

Specific to Europe

What we handle differently here

Payments

Local habits differ sharply by country; a checkout missing the preferred method converts noticeably worse.

Tax

VAT rates per country and the OSS scheme for cross-border declarations.

Data

GDPR applies to the store itself, not only to the marketing around it.

What gets built

The parts that decide whether it works

Checkout that finishes

Most stores lose more money between the cart and the confirmation than anywhere else. Fewer steps, wallets available, errors that say what is wrong, and a mobile flow built for thumbs rather than shrunk from the desktop one.

Catalogue that scales

Variants, bundles and stock that stay correct when the catalogue grows, and search and filtering that still return something useful at a thousand products.

The systems behind it

Orders reaching your accounting package, warehouse or ERP without anyone re-typing them, so the store is part of the operation rather than a separate thing to reconcile.

Working with us from Europe

Our day runs from about 06:30 to 15:30 in central European time, so your morning and early afternoon are inside our hours.

We are an in-house team in Ludhiana, Punjab, working since 2013. Nothing is subcontracted, so the people you speak to are the people writing the code. Hosting, domain and every account are in your name from the first day, and the contract says what you receive of the code before we start.

Three things usually sit next to a store build: a custom Shopify app where the platform stops short, AI for catalogue content and support once the store is busy, and search and answer-engine work so buyers in Europe find it at all.

Before you ask

Questions from Europe

Can you work with a business in Europe from India?

Our day runs from about 06:30 to 15:30 in central European time, so your morning and early afternoon are inside our hours. Day to day the work runs on email, WhatsApp and video calls, with written scopes and milestones, so nothing depends on catching each other live.

What currency will we be invoiced in?

We invoice in EUR, split across project milestones rather than asking for the full amount upfront. You get a proper invoice for your accounts, and the first milestone is small by design so you can judge the work before committing further.

Who owns the store when it is finished?

You do. The store, the domain, the hosting and every third-party account are in your name, with full access handed over at launch, and the source code is yours where the contract says so, which for a store build is the usual arrangement. It is written into the quote before work starts.
