MLM Software Development
Network marketing is regulated in Canada under the Competition Act, and the rules around income representations and buy-back obligations are specific. We build to the plan and the disclosures your own legal advice specifies; we do not advise on whether a plan complies.
Binary, matrix, unilevel, board, generation, crowdfunding and smart-contract plans, with the payouts, e-wallets and reporting a distributor network can actually check.
Specific to Canada
Direct deposit to Canadian accounts, with statements a distributor can reconcile.
Income representation and buy-back obligations under the Competition Act shape what the system has to record.
French alongside English where you operate in Quebec, in the interface and in statements.
What gets built
Commission runs that produce the same number twice, with a statement a distributor can follow line by line. A distributor who cannot reconcile what they were paid stops trusting the system, and nothing recovers that.
Balances, holds, withdrawal requests and an audit trail behind every movement, so a disputed payment is traced rather than argued about.
Genealogy, rank and earnings for distributors; volume, payout liability and growth for you. Plan rules configurable without a rebuild, because compensation plans get revised.
Our working day ends at about 09:30 in Toronto and 06:30 in Vancouver, so the overlap is your early morning. In practice we move calls outside our standard hours for Canadian clients rather than asking you to take them at dawn.
We are an in-house team in Ludhiana, Punjab, working since 2013. Nothing is subcontracted, so the people you speak to are the people writing the code. Hosting, domain and every account are in your name from the first day, and the contract says what you receive of the code before we start.
Two things usually sit next to an MLM build: a back office that answers distributor questions itself, and search and answer-engine work so recruits in Canada find you rather than a competitor.
Before you ask
Our working day ends at about 09:30 in Toronto and 06:30 in Vancouver, so the overlap is your early morning. In practice we move calls outside our standard hours for Canadian clients rather than asking you to take them at dawn. Day to day the work runs on email, WhatsApp and video calls, with written scopes and milestones, so nothing depends on catching each other live.
We invoice in CAD, split across project milestones rather than asking for the full amount upfront. You get a proper invoice for your accounts, and the first milestone is small by design so you can judge the work before committing further.
The accounts always: hosting, domain and every third-party service are registered in your name. The software is delivered either as source or as a licensed installation, and the contract says which before work starts. Where it is licensed you receive a working, supported system rather than the code, which keeps the platform from being resold and keeps outside changes from introducing faults in payouts.
Describe the situation in plain language. If we are the wrong team for it, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
